My Story

Hey There- My name is Abby and I am so glad you are here!

Golden Hour Knots features handmade macramé décor and accessories made with eco-friendly + biodegradable cotton cord. I also pour small batches of coconut soy blend candles. 

 I recently rebranded from Welcoming Simplicity Co to Golden Hour Knots. Since starting my business in 2023, my style has evolved. I wanted a name that reflects the joy, color and whimsy of what I create while still honoring the peace and nature-inspired calm that macrame brings to my life. My goal is to create beautiful and unique pieces that elicit joy. 

I am a community based mental health professional by day and a busy wife/mother of 3 young children. I fit tying knots in at night and any free time that I find! Given that I work full time, most items are made to order (please allow a 3-5 business day processing period).
